You can initiate a return for most new and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or ex change. Exhange can only happens once.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached and original package. All shipping cost for returned goods will be your responsibility.

Return will be considered only if the item is faulty.
If the return is a result of our error, we will refund the full cost of item.
When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund.

The following items are non-returnable and we offer no refunds and no exchange.
Please note that return is not possible for all the items on jermickwawoe.com which are discounted or on our outlet.
Incomplete or used products may not be returned – refunded or exchanged.
Broken, incomplete or used products that we receive as returns will be returned to the sender and shipping cost will be charged.

2. Include in the subject the name of the item you want to return and the number of your order.
3. Please leave a detailed description of the item you would like to return and the reason (even if the reason is – I realized I did not want the product).
4. Indicate the Return Qty and # of Boxes you are returning and please put a low price value on Packing list.
5. Send the email and we will respond with shipping instructions to you. If your response is sent to us before the maximum time allowed to return an item you will not be held accountable for any delays in the return process
Please note that final sale items, which season is not available online anymore, are not eligible for a return.
In case customer requests the refund of the item(s) returned, the credit note will be issued after the parcel is returned to our warehouse and only after the quality check on the item(s).
The refund procedure will take 10 days from the arrival of the item/s at the warehouse. Any changes in currency during the return period will not be reimbursed.
Orders paid by credit card will be refunded to the original card used during checkout. The refunded amount will be available within the next billing statement. This may change depending on banks and credit providers, it could take up to 20 working days.
Bank transfer refunds will be refunded to the original account after the customer has sent the Jermick Wawoe Studio customer care team his bank coordinates.
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on jermickwawoe.com as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate.
Authorized returns must be shipped using the carrier suggested by Jermick Wawoe Studio in the email providing the return instructions Jermick Wawoe Studio reserves the right not to accept returns if customer tenders the box to a different carrier and in case the delivery of the parcel entails extra costs for Marceloburlon.eu or involves the collection to one of the carrier’s branches.
Jermick Wawoe Studio reserves the right to refuse returns that have not been properly authorized or sent not in accordance with the return policy of Jermick Wawoe Studio. In these cases, Jermick Wawoe Studio can return the box to the sender at the original shipping address. In case Marceloburlon.eu accepts returns that were not authorized or not in compliance, Jermick Wawoe Studio can withhold the 10% of the value of the returned item from the refund.
